How many boat fenders do I need?

The number of boat fenders required depends on the size of your boat. Typically a 20' boat will be tied to two contact posts on the dock, so 2 boat fenders is a sufficient amount.  Sometimes a third boat fender is needed to help stabilize and position your boat against the pier to prevent the boat from hitting the dock.
