Eternal Boating Shipping Policy

How does Eternal Boating ship you new boat parts?
Eternal Boating makes every effort to ship your new boat parts as soon as they are available. Most boat parts ship within 48 hours, in some case, certain items do have longer lead times.  Please visit each product on our website to determine individual ship times. Each customer will receive a receipt within 10 minutes of placing an order. If you do not immediately receive confirmation of your order, please call us, as your order may not have processed correctly.

 Accessing you Eternal Boating Account:
At any time after your order has been placed, you can log into your account by clicking the Log In link on the left hand side of this page. for your convience you will be able to access previous order, track your shipments or print reciepts.

Free Shipping on orders over $100.00:
Eternal Boating offers free shipping on most orders over $100.00 with the exception of a few oversized package items that need to shiped via commercial freight (example: Dock Boxes). If you choose the Free Shipping button we will have to notify you of the shipping charges. If you are unsure of what items require additional shipping it will be noted next to the item before you add it to your shopping cart. Free shipping is only valid on orders in the continental United States.

Oversized Packages:

Please note there are some Large Boat Parts and Boat Accessories on our website that require additional shipping.  Dock Boxes are one of those items.  These items require additional freight charges because they are too large to be shipped Fedex ground and must go on a semi truck. 

Sales Tax:
Eternal Boating has a no sales tax policy. Except, Eternal Boating does charge sales tax to orders that are from the state of Indiana.  Since Eternal Boating is located in the State of Indiana we are required by law to collect Indiana Sales Tax on orders in the State of Indiana.

Canada, Hawaii and Alaska:
Please note that we cannot offer our standard shipping rates on boat parts to our customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada. If you would like any of our boat parts shipped to one of these locations, please call us for a shipping quote.

We welcome international, Alaska and Hawaii orders. Please email us support@eternalboating.com. One of our sales associates will calculate shipping charges along with any duties and taxes for your country if required.

• Please include your name, address, city, state, postal code and country.
• All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
• Please note it may take up to 24 hours after shipment to receive a tracking number.
• You will not need to be home to accept delivery.
• As an added measure of convenience, we do not require a signature authorization upon delivery of your boat parts.

When can you expect your boat parts?

Below we have provided a Fedex Ground Sevice Shipping Map.  Most items are shipped within 48 hours.

Expedited Shipping Services:
Eternal Boating does offer expedited or overnight services, if you would like to receive your boat parts in a more timely manner, please contact our customer service department by emailing support@eternalboating.com or by calling us toll free 888-383-7615. We would be happy to help you to determine the cost of a faster delivery.
